Monsoon Madness… Macca style!

Monsoon Madness! For those of you who have been at the Club recently, you’ll know just how good our Monsoon winds have been. With all our racing compressed into a few months there’s nothing like being well prepared and what better way than a pro-clinic!

Macca’s that guy hanging off the Infusion in the picture above. He know’s a thing or two about cat sailing and is willing to share his experience with us. It will be a great day with onshore and on-the-water sessions. Everyone will learn from this and we’ll all improve as a result.

The Clinic sits right between the end of the Straits Regatta and our own National Cat Championships so is ideally scheduled so that you can put into practice what you learn!

It’s pretty rare that we get someone of Macca’s caliber at Changi Sailing Club so please help us make this event work. We’re also trying to beat our record number of participants at the National Cat Championships so sign up now! Don’t miss this event or the Northeast Monsoon wind.

About prosailing

In Southeast Asia a long time and all the while, sailing cats. But the cat love-affair began when I finished building my first catamaran at age 15... "never again". After building 2 more Formula 16 cats in Malaysia it's really 'never again'. Now we have a large fleet of high-tech speed machines including the Nacra 20 Carbon. Then we decided to spread our wings a little more and imported the Corsair Dash 750. Now we are well on the way to establishing a Coastal One Design Dash Class. As a test bed, we had 4 Dashes take part in the Neptune Regatta and now the plans are rolling out.
